South Fork Reservoir
Built in 1988 this 1650 acre reservoir that averages 30-35 ft. in depth provides an abundance of fishing opportunity for bass anglers. With an abundance of off shore and shoreline vegetation, and numerous rocky banks and rock piles South Forks Largemouth and Smallmouth populations are healthy and readily caught.
Travel information: Located 18 miles south of Elko Nevada the reservoir has plenty of lodging accommodations and restaurants in town and various campgrounds on the water.
